Fix Transit was born from a clear observation: Nigeria’s 5+ million keke operators are the unsung heroes of last-mile transportation, moving millions of people every day across urban and semi-urban areas. Yet they face relentless challenges, frequent breakdowns, unreliable financing, and inconsistent income in a highly fragmented informal sector.
